Envirolution is a volunteer-led environmental co-operative and registered Community Benefit Society based in Manchester. Since 2010, our members and volunteers have brought people together through free festivals, workshops, assemblies and creative environmental projects.
We believe climate action works best when it is joyful, practical and rooted in local communities: learning new skills, meeting neighbours and helping people shape a fairer green future.

From hands-on learning to community conversations, Envirolution connects environmental ideas with everyday lives. We are rebuilding volunteer capacity and developing our education and digital tools.

Our story
Rooted in Manchester since 2010.
Envirolution grew from a community-led eco-festival into a co-operative movement of volunteers, organisers, artists and educators. That history is full of friendships, shared skills and practical experiments in doing things differently.
